We support people with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's to live well in their community
We do this by
- Reducing barriers by providing accessible services to those living with MS and Parkinson’s in Canterbury
- Delivering high quality services which empower and promote self-management and well-being
- Social connectiveness through support groups and activities
- Providing clinical navigation in the integrated health service for those people with MS & Parkinson’s and their whanau
- Delivering education, information and community awareness programmes including our key-note speaker series
- Activation and exercise programmes both gym facilitated and group exercise programmes
- Up-to-date evidence-based information about MS and Parkinson's
- Digital pathway for access to education and telehealth consultations
