New MS Fatigue Management Course

If you answered ‘yes’ to the above questions, then it is likely you have fatigue and this fatigue is related to your Multiple Ssclerosis diagnosis. Don’t worry as you are not alone, 75 – 90% of people with Multiple Sclerosis struggle with fatigue and for many of them it is their worst symptom.
The great news is that there is a programme that can help manage your fatigue levels and help you maximise the energy levels you do have. The ‘Minimise Fatigue, Maximise Life’ programme helps explore causes of fatigue and develop ways to better manage them. The next course starts on the:

Dates: Wednesday mornings from 8th July until12th August (6 weeks)
Time: 10.00am -12.00pm
Venue: Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Canterbury
Aspire Canterbury, 314 Worcester Street, Linwood

Cost: Members – $80.00 charge for the workbook.
Non-members – $125.00 – ($45.00 attendance fee and $80.00 charge for the workbook).

There are limited places (6) and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
