Missing your exercise classes?

We are offering online zoom classes with our physio, Tara.

Friday 10 September at 10:00 am Top to Toe (low level seated exercises)

Friday 10 September at 11:00am Shake Rattle and Roll (half seated, half standing exercises - innovative and fun)

Friday 10 September at 1:15pm Parkinson’s Power (a high energy class for those looking for a challenge).

All classes are 30 minutes via zoom.  You must have an internet connection and web cam available.  Registration is essential as classes are limited to 8 people.  Please email Tara at physio@ms-pd.org.nz to reserve your place.
